General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the online sale of products offered on the website Maison Nabla. They set forth the respective rights and obligations of Maison Nabla and its customers.

The Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) govern access to and use of the website.

Any order placed on the website constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.


Article 2 – Products

Maison Nabla has the following items for sale: posters, framed or unframed, created by Alban Lhuile.
Each product is described in detail on the website (features, dimensions, options).

These works are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.


Article 3 – Price

  • Prices are listed in euros (€).

  • Since Maison Nabla is subject to the micro-business, VAT does not apply (Article 293 B of the General Tax Code).

  • Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed.


Article 4 – Order

The order is confirmed after:

  1. product selection by the customer

  2. Checkout

  3. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale/Terms of Use

  4. full payment via one of the available payment methods

Any confirmed order constitutes a binding and final sales contract.


Article 5 – Payment

Payments are processed through secure payment providers (Stripe, WooCommerce).
Accepted forms of payment: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other available payment methods.

Maison Nabla does not store its customers' banking information.


Article 6 – Delivery

  • Area: Metropolitan France only.

  • Delivery timeframe: 5 to 10 business days on average after payment is processed.

  • Service Provider: Gelato (printing and shipping).

Maison Nabla cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or due to force majeure.


Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

Standard posters: Standard posters: For Maison Nabla catalogue posters ordered without any personalisation on your part, the right of withdrawal applies in full.

Legal exception (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code): The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This exception only applies to products

Article 8 – Statutory Warranties

Regardless of the sales policy, the customer benefits from:

  • of the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code),

  • of the statutory warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on the website Maison Nabla is protected by copyright.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited and may result in legal action.


Article 10 – Liability

Maison Nabla cannot be held liable for:

  • in the event of improper use of the product by the customer,

  • in the event of a delay caused by the carrier,

  • in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, Internet outages, etc.).

The data collected (identity, contact information, payments, order history) is necessary for order management.

Article 13 – Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions of Sale/Terms of Use are governed by the French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact Maison Nabla to seek an amicable resolution.
Failing that, the matter will be brought before the competent French courts.
