Return Policy and Quality Guarantee
At Maison Nabla, we do everything we can to offer you high-quality products, made with care. However, if you encounter a problem with your order, here is our return and warranty policy.
1. Deadline for Filing a Claim
If you notice a quality defect or a problem with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt in the article to contact us at the following address: maison.nabla@gmail.com.
We will review your request and are committed to finding the most suitable solution.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or contains an error (quantity, quality, manufacturing defect), a replacement will be sent free of charge once your claim has been approved.
3. Refunds
Our priority is to resolve the issue by sending you a replacement product.
If that is not possible, or if you cannot wait for a new item to be manufactured and shipped, we will then proceed with a full refund.
4. Color Variations
Our posters are printed using high-quality, professional printing processes. However, printing is a technical process that can result in slight color variations depending on:
machine settings,
the type of paper,
ambient humidity,
or equipment maintenance.
These variations, when they fall within normal tolerances, do not constitute a defect and are not covered by our warranty.
5. Incorrect address, package refused or unclaimed
Incorrect or incomplete address : If the address provided at the time of the order is incorrect or deemed insufficient by the carrier, the package cannot be delivered. In this case, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.
Package refused by the recipient : If you refuse delivery, the package will be returned and destroyed. You will need to place a new order at your own expense.
Unclaimed Package : If you do not pick up your package at the pickup location or post office within the specified time frame, it may be returned. You will then need to place a new order at your own expense.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Standard posters: In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. maison.nabla@gmail.com within this deadline.

Replacements or refunds outside the right of withdrawal are only possible in the event of a defective or damaged product, or a proven manufacturing error (see sections 2 and 3 above).
